About Us

About Faith Lutheran Church

Welcome!  God's Son Jesus Christ died on the cross for all of our sins.  His resurrection confirmed that forgiveness is real!  A gift of God's grace!  In Holy Baptism we are clothed in Christ and incoporated together with one another as His Body, the Church.  Just think, before you knew who God was, He was loving you!  In the Holy Communion God nurtures the trust He gave us.  It doesn't stop there.  We know that we are in the world but not of it.  As a congregation we sometimes show the weaknesses that even the Lord's Church had in the Book of Acts. But Jesus heals wounds and the Holy Spirit prompts us to give witness of Christ to others.

We pray about the coronavirus that has beset the world. We help the poor.  We invite the indifferent. We try to make up with the disgruntled. We ask God for a sense of humor.  Young people meet every Saturday at 2PM for Bible study, pizza, and music.  We acknowledge we can't reach everyone, but those that come get fed with the Word.  We expect the best from God because He has already given us the Best, His Son.  In the gloom doom atmosphere of today we look up because salvation has come!  May God bless you and whatsoever your hand finds to do, do it with all the might that God gives you!
